Plant Resourcerer
PLANT RESOURCERER provides annotation
based on the The Gene Indices (formerly at TIGR, now at DFCI)
for commonly available microarray resources, including
widely used clone sets and Affymetrix GeneChip Arrays.
PLANT RESOURCERER also allows comparisons between resources from the same species
using TGI, UniGene
and between species using the EGO database.
PLANT RESOURCERER is updated every four months (March, July, November) following TGI
and EGO updates.
Requests to include new resources should be made at least one month prior to the update.
PLANT RESOURCERER data (single resource annotation) is available at
public ftp site.
