Search for Library Specific Assemblies
This query allows you to search for assemblies that are expressed exclusively or predominantly in specific libraries. For example, to find adult male library specific transcripts, enter "adult male" into the Library box (without quotes) and 100 into the Percent box. To find predominantly expressed transcripts, you may enter a different percent,such as 60. Currently, only a single term can be searched at a time.
Search cDNA Libraries by Keyword
All text associated with the represented cDNA libraries can be searched. This search engine uses a flexible name search syntax based on Boolean operations. For example, to find all libraries from infective larva, type "infective larva".
Search cDNA Libraries by Library Identifier
If you know the library identifier, also referred to as catalog number or cat#, you may enter it here to retrieve a Library Report. The Library Report returns detailed information about the library including the total number of ESTs sequenced from the library and the number of TCs containing ESTs from the library.
Scan a list of TCs by Library Expression
To scan a list of TC's by library expression data click on the link below. The R Statistics calculated is based on libraries selected by the user. R > 9 is shown. Comparison can be made by choosing tissues or libraries in selection boxes A and B.
