• DFCI Gene Indices Scheduled Releases:

    Gene Indices meeting one of the criteria are updated and released on Feb. 1, Jun. 1, and Oct. 1.

    Criteria for update:

    1. More than 10% new sequences since the last release (ESTs or gene sequences increase > 100).
    2. More than 25,000 new sequences since the last release.
    3. More than 1 year old.
